  • 1 ½ cups fish stock or 1 cup clam juice and ½ cup water
  • 2 pounds black mussels, scrubbed make clean and beards removed
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons minced Italian parsley
  • two teaspoons minced tarragon
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to gustation
  • i crusty baguette

  INSTRUCTIONS
