  INGREDIENTS  

  • i ½ quarts chicken stock
  • iii boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound tomatillos, husked in addition to quartered
  • three garlic cloves
  • two roasted poblano peppers, seeded
  • i medium xanthous onion, quartered
  • one jalapeno pepper, halved as well as seeded
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ane bunch cilantro
  • ane (28 ounce) tin can hominy, drained
  • Salt and pepper to sense of taste

  • shredded light-green cabbage
  • diced onion
  • minced cilantro

  • lime wedges

  INSTRUCTIONS
