  • ane ½ tablespoons garlic pulverization
  • 1 ½ tablespoon onion pulverisation
  • i tablespoon earth ginger
  • ane tablespoon earth mustard
  • ane tablespoon chile pulverisation
  • ane ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

gumbo

  • ¼ cup addition 2 tablespoons all use flour
  • four Andouille sausages, chopped
  • vi tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ane yellow onion, diced
  • two celery ribs, diced
  • two light-green bell peppers, seeded together with diced
  • iii garlic cloves
  • ii tablespoons oregano, minced
  • ii tablespoons thyme, minced
  • three to iv cups chicken stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 loving cup fresh corn kernels (from two ears)
  • one pound shrimp, peeled and cleaned with tails intact
  • one ½ cups cooked as well as shredded chicken breast
  • 8 okra, cutting into ½-inch pieces
